During the 5 days it will be spilt up with 1-2 days eating 3 nutrient dense meals, a juice and shake using a mixture of superfood powders. This will be followed by day 3 where you will have a mixture of soups, smoothies, juices and shake.

Then on day 4-5 you’ll consume 3 nutrient dense meals, juice, a snack and shake. Alongside this there will be supplement protocol of probiotics, saccharomyces boulardii and 2000mg of vitamin C to help your gut, digestive system and immune function.

The shake you’ll be having each day is made up of three powders which is later mixed with water. In your shake you have Ultra Clear Plus PH which is known as ‘metabolic food’ designed to support healthy energy production and offer comprehensive liver and alkalising support. It also provides a range macro and micro-nutrients, including B vitamins such B1, B2, B3 and B5 to support yielding metabolism.

Mixed with this is acai berry powder which is super rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory nutrients. It is great at balancing blood sugar levels and regulating the release of insulin. It helps with metabolic function which improves the breaking down of food, digestion, absorption of nutrients and elimination waste.

Lastly we also add spirulina which is a great source of protein and has a high content of antioxidants which helps with immune function and supports your body’s natural detoxification process.
