From a homeopathic background, I have always had an interest in what food can do for you, I learnt a lot and became more interested about nutrition through my years of modeling, this lead to me studying at The College of Naturopathic Medicine. I’m now qualified in naturopathy and nutrition and I run a clinic on Harley Street in London and also in Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire. My philosophy is all about making it achievable, I believe that life has to be lived and through nutrition and a bit of self care you can give your body the tools it needs to cope with the crazy lives we lead.
Through practicing in my clinic I realized that it is time and focus that most struggle with when it comes to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. When creating the 5 Day Plan, I knew that I need an achievable time frame that would not be daunting but would give your body enough time to do it’s work to ensure everyone felt ‘Fresh by Friday’.
